Return & Refund Policy

At Zimbro, we want every piece to arrive beautifully and meet your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in its original packaging where applicable.

For customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, this policy does not affect your statutory right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. How to Request a Return

- Your order number
- Your full name
- The item you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos or videos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your request is reviewed, we will send you the return instructions by email.

Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from our team.

3. Change-of-Mind Returns

For returns due to change of mind, wrong selection, or no longer wanting the item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Original express or supplementary shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at olazimbro.shop@gmail.com with clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.

After reviewing the case, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation and applicable consumer law.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized items
- Used, washed, damaged, or altered products
- Items returned without original packaging where this prevents resale
- Gift cards

This does not affect your legal rights for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

6. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process and display the refund in your account.

For statutory cancellations in the European Union or United Kingdom, refunds will be processed within the timeframe required by applicable law.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return and place a new order once your return has been approved.

8. Return Address

The return address will be provided by email after your return request has been approved.

Please do not return items to the original shipping address or manufacturer address unless instructed by Zimbro.
